Tag Tuesday Challenge #21 - WINNER ANNOUNCED!

Please create a tag in the shape of a boot or shoe (it does not have to be Halloween...any theme goes)! ***Of course, I can't do a challenge without offering blog candy to a lucky winner. (I'm cutting it off a couple of days early so that I can get the blog candy to the winner BEFORE Halloween!)***
